Debla is an environmentalist, with experience in environmental management, dedicating the last 15 years to environmental education and the promotion of organic farming in an educational setting. She lives and works in Tenerife, Canary Islands, where she collaborates in agroecology training projects with local authorities and enjoys her own analog forest project.
