About José Pablo Fernández Quirós
José Pablo has twenty years of experience as a nature tourism guide, offering his services as a nature interpreter in conservation areas. Since 2009, he has worked as an ecological landscape designer and Permaculture systems specialist, as well as a trainer. He has managed organic educational farms such as Finca La Flor and Punta Mona Center, and coordinated volunteer programs with various organizations. Currently, he is the founding president of an environmental association called Guardianes del Bosque (ASOGUABO) in the Southern Caribbean region of Costa Rica, which runs ecological restoration programs, provides consulting on regenerative development, and offers environmental education.
