About Ridho Faizinda
Ridho Faizinda is a Community Organizer from West Kalimantan, Indonesia, with over nine years of experience working with GEMAWAN, a local NGO. He has supported more than 15 women’s groups, enhancing their capacity and independence. Passionate about agroecology, Ridho promotes practices that contribute to food security, climate resilience, and nature conservation.
Since 2022, he has been involved with the Analog Forestry network, helping women in Sago Village integrate local wisdom with AF principles to boost biodiversity, preserve nature, and sustain livelihoods. Ridho believes community and women empowerment is key to equitable sustainable development and is committed to driving positive environmental and social change through education and support.
